Some information on local culture in Spain is that meals start late and can last for hours, and it is impolite not to finish everything on your plate. Female friends greet each other by kissing each cheek starting with the right, men can hug, and acquaintances shake hands. Expect people to arrive up to half an hour late to dinner and parties. Spaniards stand very close to each other when they talk, often interrupt each other and prolonged eye contact can be considered flirting.

Turieno – Camping La Isla is in the North of Spain, a short distance from Picos de Europa National park which is a great for caving, fishing, trekking, photography and mountaineering. Campsite facilities include playgrounds, games area, a swimming pool and the River Deva where you can swim or go fishing. Tours of the area are available from the campsite, as well as horseback riding, paragliding, canyoning, and paintballing.
